(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Sunday morning August 22, 2010 at approximately 12:30 a.m., Perth County OPP officers were called to the Lions Pool in Mitchell where young people were observed inside the fenced area of the pool.
Officers arrived on the scene and located five, sixteen year old youths at the pool. Four of the youths were charged under the trespass to property act with entering a premise where entry is prohibited. The fifth sixteen year old person was charged under the liquor licence act with having liquor while being under 19 years of age.
