Police Background Checks – Fee Increases

The London Police Service has completed a comprehensive fee structure review including a comparison of the twelve major Ontario police services. The result of this review supports a $5 increase for all police record checks, an increase that will place the London Police Service in the middle of the twelve major police services.
Effective May 1, 2014 the London Police Service will increase the cost of all employment record checks from $40 to $45 and, all volunteer record checks from $10 to $15.
Applicants may attend London Police Headquarters in-person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The counter is closed on Wednesdays and holidays.
