Police appeal for information to help identify Cambridge robbery suspect

Waterloo Regional Police South Division detectives are releasing the attached security camera images along with an appeal for information that can help to identify the robbery suspect.

Synopsis:

On the 11th of September 2013 at approximately 3:15 am an unknown male entered the Canadian Tire Gas Bar located at 239 Fountain St S. in Cambridge and demanded cash from the lone male cashier. There were no threats of violence and no weapon was observed.
The unknown male is described as White, early twenties, wearing a gray baseball cap, gray and red t-shirt and gray track pants. The cashier complied with the subject’s demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
The subject then left through the front doors and walked across Fountain St South where he entered a bush lot located just south of Shantz Hill Rd. Police responded to the area along with K9.
