Pimping Out 15 Year Old Results In 5 Year Sentence

In December, 2015, the Peel Regional Police Major Drugs & Vice unit commenced an investigation into prostitution and pimping related offences involving Devante WILLIAMS, a 24 year old male from Toronto. The investigation identified a 15-year old female victim who was being controlled and influenced in the sex trade by WILLIAMS in Peel Region and elsewhere in the G.T.A.

WILLIAMS was arrested by Peel Vice Unit investigators on December 23, 2015, and charged with several prostitution and pimping related offences.

On February 23, 2017, the accused, Devante WILLIAMS pled guilty at his preliminary hearing to the following Criminal Code charges:

1 count of Procuring

1 count of Make Child Pornography; and

1 count of Sexual Interference

Mr. WILLIAMS was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment as a result of the convictions.
