Pig Farm Break-In Results In Police Investigation

(BLUEWATER, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are seeking tips from the public to help solve a break, enter and theft that occurred at a pig farm operation yesterday north of Exeter.

Sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. on September 16, 2019 thieves attended the pig farm operation located on Airport Line and forced entry into an office through an exterior window. Once inside the office those responsible rummaged through the space and stole several items. Some of the stolen items included a feed timer, a pressure washer, a red Lincoln arc welder and various other power tools.

In addition, the thieves stole a white, two-door, 2000 GMC Sierra pickup truck.

A value for the stolen property has not yet been determined.
