(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Saturday, August 21, 2010 shortly before the noon hour, Perth county OPP officers were called to a personal injury collision involving a pickup truck striking a tree.
Investigation indicated that the pickup truck had been travelling in an eastbound direction on Line 59 south west of Milverton. The truck left the gravel road and struck a tree on the north side of the north ditch. The 18 year old male driver and the 19 year old male passenger, both residents of the Township of Perth East were transported to the Stratford General Hospital. The passenger was treated and released while the driver was treated and was subsequently transported to the London Victoria Hospital where he remains in serious but stable condition.
