(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Section has charged an Ottawa man following an investigation into an allegation of sexual assault.
On March 12, 2015, an adult female reported to the Ottawa Police that she believed she had been drugged and sexually assaulted. The incident occurred in an apartment located near the intersection of King Edward and Wilbrod Avenue. No further details about the incident are being released to protect the identity of the victim.
Phillip WILSON, 31 years old, of Ottawa is charged with Sexual Assault, Administer a Noxious Thing and Theft under $5000. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
SACA investigators are concerned that there could be other victims.
