(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – On April 26, 2013 just before 7:00 a.m., a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer conducting RADAR patrol on Lucknow Line at the south end of Lucknow observed a black Ford Mustang speeding along at a high rate of speed. The officer locked the vehicle speed at 111km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone.
27 year old Phillip HEBERT from Ripley has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle -Speeding by 50km/h or more. He now has a court appearance scheduled for Provincial Offences Act Court. His driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
