Petty Cash Stolen From Huron County Library – Lock It Or A Meth-Head Will Steal It

(HURON EAST, ON) – Schools, arenas and now libraries; traditionally not hot spots for thieves but when opportunities present thieves will undoubtedly strike. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating a recent break, enter and theft at the Huron County Library Seaforth Branch located on Main Street South.

Sometime between 2:00 p.m. on August 11, 2018 and 10:00 a.m. on August 13, 2018 someone entered into the library through an unlocked ground level window. Once inside the building the thief located and stole a small quantity of petty cash.
