On October 15, 2015 at 3:40 a.m., the Guelph Police were called to assist the University of Guelph Police with a possible impaired driver that they had conducted a traffic stop with on Stone Road East. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Peter Youssef, 29 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on November 27, 2015.
