(ARTHUR, ON) – On Friday September 14, 2012 at approximately 4:55pm County of Wellington OPP officers received a report from concerned citizen of a possible impaired driver that just left a business in the Town of Arthur. Officers located the 2001 Dodge pick-up truck on Charles Street and upon speaking with the male driver discovered that he had been drinking.
Peter Janssen aged 57 of Wellington North Twp has been charged with Over 80 and Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 30, 2012 to answer to the charges.
