On Sunday, October 4th, 2015 at approximately 6:40pm., an unidentified male was observed in the bushes at Morgan Park located at 325 Morgan Ave in the city of Kitchener. The male was performing an indecent act while watching children on the playground. The male was described as: white, with a thin build and dark hair. He was between 20 to 30 years old, wearing grey pants, and a black Adidas hoodie with white stripes down the sleeves. The male fled the area on foot, towards King Street and Fairway Road.
