On Monday April 25, 2016 at approximately 4:00 pm, a young female was approached and then followed for some distance by an unknown male while walking home from school, in the area of Westforest Trail and Victoria Street in Kitchener. The male is described as Hispanic in his early 20s, slim build with short black hair. The male was last seen wearing, skinny gray jeans, a gray beanie hat, thick light gray zip up hoodie, white t-shirt, red and black formal looking shoes, carrying red and black backpack. The male was also observed driving a black Mitsubishi SUV.
