On March 24, 2015 at 7:45 p.m., an unknown male approached a female teenager at Riverside Park. He sat beside her on a bench and exposed himself to her. The girl fled to a nearby restaurant and called police.
Police would like to identify the man who is described as white, approximately 18 years old and had a red unshaved face. He was wearing a black jacket, black shirt underneath, black and red baseball cap, light colour jeans, and a backpack.
