Pervert Alert – Sokheng Hank Chhay – Child Pornography

On Thursday, January 29, 2015 the London Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant at a Sanford Street residence in the city of London.

As a result of the evidence obtained, 35-year-old Sokheng Hank Chhay of London, was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

Four counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4)

Three counts of make available child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(3)

Access child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4.1)

The London Police Service is a member of the Provincial Strategy to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet. The Strategy has been made possible by a grant from the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
