On Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 11:30am, police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. A female teen was walking on Westminister Drive when she observed a white van travelling towards her in a westerly direction at a normal rate of speed. She advised the van passed her without any eye contact being made and no interaction with the driver. She continued walking and at one point looked behind her an observed the van make a u-turn and drive slowly in the same direction she was walking. This startled the female who ran to her home. There was no interaction, verbal or otherwise, between the driver of the van and the female. The van is described as a white commercial style van and the driver a white male in his 50’s with a full grey beard. Police are looking to identify the driver of the van.
