Yesterday morning around 8:00 a.m. two 11-year-old girls were walking to school when they were approached by a man, unknown to them, on Gladstone Avenue in Chatham. The man, who was riding a black Mountain bike with white lettering on the frame, briefly spoke with the girls and followed them until they crossed the street. He was last seen riding his bike southbound on Delaware Avenue.
The man is described as white, in his late 20’s with a medium build. He had black hair and was unshaven. He was last seen wearing a black & red touque, brown jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and carrying a hiking backpack.
