(NORTH PERTH, ON) – Just before 8:00 a.m. this morning Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers along with Perth County Paramedics and North Perth firefighters responded to a farm property located on Line 82 southeast of Listowel.
Emergency services personnel responded to a farming accident at the property involving a 45 year old male and a loader tractor. The male was declared deceased at the scene. The Ontario Farm Safety Association and Ontario Ministry of Labour were both notified.
The cause of death has not been determined however foul play is not involved. A post-mortem examination is scheduled for April 27, 2013 at London Health Sciences Centre.
The deceased has been identified as David BRUBACHER, age 45, from North Perth.
