Owen Sound Police request the public’s assistance with respect to a motor vehicle collision which occurred on Friday July 8, 2016 at about 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of 5 th Street East and 2 nd Avenue East. The incident involved a woman driving a white SUV southbound which struck a pedestrian who sustained minor injuries. The driver stopped at the collision however was told to leave by the men that were present. The pedestrian has subsequently notified police of the incident.
Constable Schultz requests that the driver of the vehicle contact police in order that he may complete his investigation. Witnesses are encouraged to contact police as well.
