(WALKERTON, ONT) – On June 15th, 2012 at 3:39 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol in the town of Walkerton stopped to speak with the driver of a Blue Jeep Cherokee in the Tim Horton’s parking lot. The officer found that the male had been drinking alcohol. 39 year old Patrick LIPPERT of Elmwood has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on August 13th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
