(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 19th, 2010 at 1:53 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol noticed a vehicle doing “donuts†in the parking lot of the Sobey’s store on Durham Street in Kincardine. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 26 year old Patrick GUTSCHER of Kincardine Township has been charged with Drive over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on February 14th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
