(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On May 26th, 2012 at 8:54 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Highway 9, Kincardine Township, noticed a Red Chevrolet Blazer moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was found to be 115 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. While speaking with the driver, the officer learned that his driver’s licence was suspended. 28 year old Patrick GUTCHER of Kincardine was charged with Speeding and Drive while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 19th, 2012 to answer to the charges.
