(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On May 2, 2018, at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an erratic driver on Hyde Park Road, Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
The officers attended the area and located the vehicle in the Village of Ilderton. The officer determined that the 54-year-old, male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The officer demanded a road-side breath sample and the driver failed. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Patrick BROSNAN, of Middlesex Centre, Ontario has been charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on May 28, 2018 to answer to the charge.
