(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) –On July 3, 2015 at 10:37 p.m. Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting radar patrol on 6 Highway in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula, ON. Police observed a black Nissan Altima driving at a high rate of speed and passing on a hill. A twenty-four year old male from York, has been charged with race a motor vehicle, drive left of centre approaching crest of grade and fail to surrender licence. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 17, 2015 to answer to the charge.
