(POINT CLARK, ON) – On August 28th, 2010 at 11:05 pm, a vehicle travelling along Alfred Street, Point Clark was stopped and a passenger was found to be drinking alcohol. 21 year old Heather Humphries of Bowmanville is charged with Consuming Liquor out of Residence. The dangers of driving after drinking alcohol are obvious, but it’s also illegal for a vehicle passenger to drink alcohol. The South Bruce OPP has a zero tolerance for mixing alcohol and motor vehicles.
