(BRANT TWP, ON) – On June 14th, 2011 at 8:58 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol stopped a pick up truck on Side road 30 north in Brant Township. The officer found that a passenger in the truck had open alcohol. 35 year old Derek CAIN of Sullivan Township has been charged with Having open alcohol in other than licenced premise, residence or private place.
