(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 6th, 2011 at 2:35 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Joseph Street in Walkerton, stopped a White Nissan and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 38 year old Parry WEBER of Carrick Township is charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on September 12th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
