A 43 year old Orillia male is in custody this morning after police were called to the Bayfirld Canadian Tire store for a shoplifter. It’s alleged that the male stole $93.00 worth of merchandise while being watched by store security.
All of the property was recovered and the male was taken to the police station where further investigation revealed that the accused was also a parolee.
He was held pending a show cause hearing.
