Overnight Theft Of Tires

(WALKERTON, ON) – On October 1, 2012 at 8:10 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from a tire repair business along Jackson Street South in Walkerton. Sometime between 5:30 pm on September 28, 2012 and 7:45 am on September 29, 2012, tires were taken off the lot in front of the business. The list of stolen property includes: 2 Yokohanna P235/55 RIB tires, 2 Firestone FR710 225/65R16 tires and 2 Firestone FR710 175/65R14 tires. The value of the stolen tires is estimated to be more than $600.

The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information that can assist police to call 1-888-310-1122.
