(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On April 28th, 2012 at 1:34 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Institute Road in Bruce Township noticed 2 men walking along the road with open alcohol. 22 year old Brock HEATH of Brampton and 19 year old Alexander THOMPSON of Richmond Hill were both charged for Consuming liquor other than residence, licensed premise or private place.
