(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section charged an Ottawa man following an incident at a West end spa on July 21, 2014.
The man, an unlicensed massage therapist, sexually assaulted a female victim, after she attended the spa for a massage after purchasing an online discount coupon.
As a result of the SACA investigation, Quan Kai CHEN, 54 years old of Ottawa, is charged with one count of Sexual Assault.
He has been released by police with conditions and he is scheduled to appear in court on September 8, 2014.
The Ottawa Police believe that there may be other victims. He is described as an oriental male, 5’8†(173cm), 150lbs (68kg), thin build, with black hair and dark eyes.
