(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service’s Sexual Assault & Child Abuse Unit has charged a local Martial Arts co-owner and Instructor.
An investigation began in October 2013, when a complainant reported to police that she had been inappropriately touched by Ahmad SAROUGHI, aged 46, of Ottawa. The investigation led to charges of assault, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation.
Ahmad “Sam†SAROUGHI is the co-owner and regularly instructs classes at SAROUGHI MARTIAL ARTS located at 1844 Bank Street.
