(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Steven Raymond is described as a white male, 32 years old, 5’11†(180cm), 166lbs (75kg), brown hair, hazel eyes (see picture).
Mr. Raymond was last seen on Thursday, November 14, 2013, driving a 4 door, 1995 blue Honda Civic. He was wearing a green and black hoodie, blue jeans, running shoes and a Coors Light ball cap.
