(Ottawa) — On Wednesday, April 22, 2015, the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section charged an Ottawa man with one count of Sexual Assault and one count of Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
Derek BOUDREAU, age 37 of Ottawa was arrested after police were advised of his whereabouts by a concerned citizen. He appeared at a show cause hearing on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 29, 2015.

Seeking a witness to an Aggravated Assault on a Sex Trade Worker
(Ottawa)- On Wednesday, October 8th, 2014, a female victim was located seriously injured as a result of an assault. Police are hoping to identify a ‘person of interest’ who dropped off the female between 6:30pm and 7:30pm, in an area bounded by Montreal Road, Lafontaine Street, Mona Avenue and McArthur Avenue, in the City of Ottawa.
Police believe that the person of interest may have knowledge as to the whereabouts of the victim, before she was found badly beaten. The Ottawa Police Service is seeking to speak with a ‘person of interest’ who transported the victim, in his late model, 2 door, black sports car with a rear spoiler.
