On April 20th Council awarded the contract to the low bidder, Lavis Contracting and they have wasted no time in mobilizing to start the work on Monday, April 27, 2015. An early start will allow the project to be completed earlier and reduce the disruption for the area residents. A more detailed information letter will be hand delivered to affected residents today.
