OPP Officers Investigating Listowel Mischiefs

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – Perth County OPP officers are investigating several mischiefs to property occurrences that took place throughout the county this past weekend. During the early hours on Saturday, March 2, 2013 two vehicle owners had a windshield wiper and side view mirror removed from their vehicles. The vehicles were both parked on Main Street in Listowel.

Police also responded to two fire calls in Listowel during the early morning hours on Sunday March 3, 2013. A recycle bin that was left out on Inkerman Street East was destroyed by fire and a fire was discovered at a dumpster located at the municipal parking lot located on Main Street. North Perth Fire Department attended and extinguished both fires. Although the cause of both fires is unknown they are both suspicious in nature.
