(MUNICIPALITY of GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On August 29, 2016 at 12:45 p.m. members of the Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three vehicle crash in the northbound lanes of Highway 10.
Investigation revealed that the three vehicles were travelling in tandem northbound on Highway 10 when the lead vehicle slowed to turn into a private drive. The vehicles following behind failed to stop for the lead vehicle causing a chain reaction collision.
There were no reported injuries however all vehicles sustained significant damage.
As a result of the collision, Provincial Constable Martin DLOUHY, a two year member of the Grey County OPP and 26-year-old Oscar Roberto OJEDA GOMEZ from Montreal Quebec were both issued a Provincial Offence Notice for Carless Driving.
