(KINCARDINE, ON) – On Thursday June 7th, 2012 at 10:00 am, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Marine Unit will be on hand aboard the HH Graham for a media event. Media personnel are invited to meet at the Main harbour in Kincardine. The HH Graham docks at a slip next to the harbour office.
The HH Graham is a 32 foot Hike used by trained marine unit officers to patrol the waters of Lake Huron. Marine unit duties include vessel inspections, law enforcement, search and rescue exercises and promoting safe boating.
Cameras, audio/video recorders are welcome. See you at the dock.
If there is bad weather the morning of June 7th, a new date will be selected for this event.
