(HURON TWP, ON) – On July 3rd, 2011 at 3:00 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP set up a RIDE check point on Lake Range Drive in Huron Township. At 3:43 pm, a Ford Expedition stopped at the RIDE and officers discovered open alcohol in the vehicle. 31 year old Radoslaw KONDZIAK of Toronto was charged with Driving motor vehicle with open liquor.
