(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On September 25th, 2011 at 3:54 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting RIDE at the intersection of County Road 7 and Southline Avenue in Kincardine Township when a Blue Chevrolet pickup truck stopped. Officers observed open alcohol in the center console of the truck. 38 year old Simon FITZSIMONS of Kincardine has been charged with Drive motor vehicle with open alcohol. Motorists are reminded that the South Bruce OPP has a zero tolerance for mixing alcohol and driving.
