(HURON COUNTY, ON) – The 2013 Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics will be taking place throughout Huron County on Monday, June 24, 2013. The Ontario Law Enforcement Torch run is a community based, province-wide event that sees the Flame of Hope” carried across Ontario by members of law enforcement agencies from across the province. The run is held to raise funds and awareness of the Special Olympics movement in Ontario. The “Flame of Hope” will be carried throughout communities leading up to the opening ceremonies of the Special Olympics Ontario Games to be held in York Region beginning July 11
