Ongoing noise complaints lead to arrest

On November 25, 2013 at 10:38 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to a Waverly Drive residence for a noise complaint. This residence has been the source of ongoing noise complaints since July. The responsible male resident who has received bylaw charges for noise over the past few months was arrested and charged criminally.

John BRIESTENSKY, 49 years of Guelph has been charged with mischief. He will appear in court on January 7, 2014.
