On the 19th of April 2014 at 730pm police responded to an incident of someone shooting from a balcony on Wilson Avenue. A window of a residence on Balfour Crescent had been damaged when three males were using a pellet gun. No one was injured during the incident and the pellet gun was seized by police. Three males were arrested in the incident, including a 23 year old St. Catherine’s male, a 23 year old Kitchener male and a 25 year old Kitchener male. They will face charges of Weapons Dangerous, Pointing a Firearm and Mischief Under $5000 in court on June 4th.
