(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 31st, 2011 at 9:09 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a suspicious vehicles complaint. 2 vehicles were observed driving into a field off Brigadoon Drive, Kincardine. Officers arrived and located the 2 vehicles described by the caller. The drivers had intended to go “mudding†in the field. Both drivers were cautioned under the Trespass to Property Act before being sent on their way. Off road enthusiasts are reminded they must have permission from the property owner, before they go “muddingâ€.
