Observant Neighbor assists police with Break and Enter arrest

At approximately 11:05 am yesterday a resident in the Bruinsma Avenue area of Chatham observed 3 male parties in a neighborhood park pacing back and forth immediately following a residential alarm that was sounding in the area. The Chatham Kent Police were called and the neighbor followed the suspicious parties at a safe distance alerting police to their location. Upon police arrival to the scene one male party fled on foot but was located a short distance away.
