The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit received additional information regarding Dr. Clarence Clottey, a medical doctor in Oakville. As a result Dr. Clottey, 56 years, of Oakville faces a charge of sexual assault in relation to an alleged incident that occurred in 2015. The victim in this matter is an adult female patient.
