On April 7th, 2016 at approximately 3:40 a.m., an unknown suspect attended the parking lot of Elmira Auto Supplies located at 9 Mill Street Elmira. The Suspect punctured a total of 10 tires of 3 vehicles before travelling to the parking lot located behind 35 Arthur Street. While in this second lot the suspect punctured all of the tires attached to 3 vehicles. The suspect then attend the parking lots of 10 and 21 Church St where he punctured the tires of 4 additional vehicles The suspect is described as a white male with thinning hair wearing a green winter jacket.
