(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) Between Friday evening October 21, 2011 and Sunday October 23, 2011, a number of garages and vehicles were entered in Listowel and items were stolen.
Perth County OPP officers in Listowel received calls from some residents on Boyne Ave. South, Winston St. West, Churchill Drive, Centennial Court, York Ave. North and McLaren Ave. reporting thefts from their garages and vehicles. The garages were all entered by means of their unlocked man-doors. Vehicles inside the garages were entered and purses, wallets, GPS units, cigarettes, beer bottles and a laptop were removed. A number of other unlocked cars that were parked on driveways in front of the entered garages had valuable items removed from their interiors.
