(KINLOSS TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 6th, 2011 at 3:59 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along County Road 86, Kinloss Township observed a Blue Chevrolet Lumina travelling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was locked at 133 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The driver of the Lumina initially failed to pull over when signalled by the police cruiser emergency lighting. The 17 year old female driver was charged with Race a motor vehicle and Fail to stop for police.
