On Monday evening just prior to 8:30 an officer observed a 2001 ACURA in the 800 block of 4 th Avenue East, Owen Sound being driven in a very aggressive manner with complete disregard for the rules of the road and the safety of others. The driver quickly parked his vehicle in the 400 block of 9 th Street East; as he attempted to leave his car the officer confronted the young driver and found him to be impaired by alcohol. The 22 year old G2 class driver was arrested and his vehicle was towed.
The Owen Sound resident will now appear in the Owen Sound Court of Justice on March 22 nd, 2018.
